Work Outs
Workouts: In order to build muscle, there are certain things that must
be met. These include: ample rest, proper nutrition, and stimulating the
muscles. As far as rest goes, it is of course a very individual thing.
However, when it comes to nutrition, most will agree that a proper
balanced diet consisting of foods from the food pyramid is essential.
Also, essential is the proper amount of protein and complex
carbohydrates. You should continuously change your workout so your
muscles never adapt to the same routine. What works for you may not work
for your friend. The important thing is change. Don’t let your muscles
adapt to your workout. And remember plenty of rest and proper nutrition.
